and Commercial applications.

applications are assessed on the information provided and attached within and
not on the applicants:

Gender
Generally all applications that are supported with good rental history and good
credit rating are accepted.
All
applications are processed in order they are received
All
applicants are required to pass a 100 point test.
All
applications are submitted to owner/landlord for approval.
All applications are subject to the Owners’ approval.
