It is the policy of this office not to discriminate on an application relating to the rental or leasing of Residential and Commercial applications.

 

All applications are assessed on the information provided and attached within and not on the applicants:

 

·        Race

·        Religious or Political beliefs

·        Disability

·        Marital Status

·        Gender

 

Generally all applications that are supported with good rental history and good credit rating are accepted.

 

 

All applications are processed in order they are received

 

All applicants are required to pass a 100 point test.

 

All applications are submitted to owner/landlord for approval.

 

 

              All applications are subject to the Owners’ approval.
